We are a unique, one-stop-shopping destination in Rye, NY where you can take lessons, purchase a new guitar and get your old one fixed, all at one location.

Our owner, Paul Bessolo, whose passion for music influenced him to open the school and store in 2005, has over 25 years experience as a professional musician and instructor.

Music Lessons:

Rock Island Sound provides music programs for guitar, bass, piano, drums and voice. We accept students from ages 5-105. Private lessons and group band practices turn them into real rock stars.
